Terms & Refund Policy
Background:
A: The client is of the opinion that Circus Starlight has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the client.
B: Circus Starlight agrees to provide such services to the client as per the terms set out in this policy
In consideration of the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this policy, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged by the client and Circus Starlight.
Services Provided:
1. Circus Starlight will provide regular and ongoing classes in aerial arts and circus, alongside other class types to be added as the company grows.
2. We will provide a safe environment for training in the skills that are on offer.
3. Circus Starlight will have the kit regularly checked for safety, and replace anything that needs to be retired to ensure the continued safety of each participant.
4. Anyone hired to teach for Circus Starlight will be DBS checked, insured, and vetted to ensure they are responsible, safe, knowledgeable and experienced in the field so that they can be trusted to teach our clients.
5. Circus Starlight will provide relevant insurance to cover the sessions, and will ensure everything that can be done, is done, to make the experience easy, enjoyable and safe.
6. Circus Starlight will provide reasonable notice for the collection of fees, and provide suitable options for payment in favour of the client where possible.
7. Circus Starlight will, where possible, keeps the fees reasonable and suitable for all parties; Circus Starlight reserves the right to review and change these prices when necessary.
8. The services will also include any other tasks which may be agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities:
1. Client agrees to pay the full amount of the fees stated for each service, in advance and in a timely manner. Discounted fees (as directed by Circus Starlight) are subject to the same requirement.
2. Client understands that all sales are final.
3. It is the responsibility of the client to engage with any and all sessions paid for.
Refund Policy:
Class / workshop fees are set at the most reasonable rate we can offer while covering our overheads. This means that all income taken is allocated straight away to the continued running of the sessions.
At Circus Starlight, we strive to provide a unique and engaging experience for all our clients. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds for any sessions cancelled by the client.
Once a booking is confirmed, it is the responsibility of the client to attend the scheduled session. Cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for any form of reimbursement or rescheduling, as our team allocates resources and time specifically for each client. We may offer a different session of the same value to cover the loss to client, but this will be offered on a case by case basis and only if there is space in the class to do so.
Circus Starlight understands that there may be instances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events (force majeure), which may prevent a session from proceeding as planned.
In these rare circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the session without a refund. We will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements when possible, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s experience. If this is not possible, then we may offer refunds to clients if all other options have been exhausted to no avail. This will be assessed at the time of incident and clients notified accordingly.
